Wills & Bequests

Everything you have seen in these pages has been made possible by the men and women who have made contributions to the Masonic Charity Foundation of Oklahoma. The money your Foundation receives is never spent; rather it is placed in an endowed fund, and only the interest earned on the funds is spent. New occasions teach new duties, and they also bring new needs to be addressed and new hurts to be healed.

Please consider leaving a gift to the Foundation in your Will. Such gifts are given only when you no longer have need for the funds, but they make a most important difference in the lives of thousands of people. 

Below is some sample language you may wish to discuss with your attorney.

A Gift By Will

To leave a specific amount to the Foundation:

I hereby give and bequeath to the Masonic Charity Foundation of Oklahoma, an Oklahoma charitable corporation, or its successors, without conditions or restrictions, the sum of $_________________________.

To leave specific Personal Property to the Foundation: 

I hereby give and bequeath to the Masonic Charity Foundation of Oklahoma, an Oklahoma charitable corporation, or its successors, the following personal property, to wit: (Description of Property)

To leave specific Real Estate to the Foundation: 

I hereby give and bequeath to the Masonic Charity Foundation of Oklahoma, an Oklahoma charitable corporation, or its successors, the following described real property located in _______________ County, Oklahoma, to wit: (Description of Property)

To leave certain amounts to Others and Everything Left Over to the Foundation: 

I hereby give, devise, and bequeath all of the rest and residue of the property which I may own or have any interest in at the time of my death, whether real, personal or mixed, to the Masonic Charity Foundation of Oklahoma, an Oklahoma charitable corporation, or its successors, without conditions or restrictions.
