John L. Logan
John Logan became Executive Director of the Foundation on July 1, 2008. John had a 25-year career as a banker, including service as a senior commercial lender and a branch President. He also served on numerous non-profit boards in executive positions. He is active member of many Masonic organizations, having served as head of many of them. John has been on the Board of Directors of the Foundation since 1994, having served as President from 2001-2003.
Ethel Wagoner
The Matching Funds Program continues to grow each year, both in the number of Lodges participating and in the number of applications processed. She “works” every Matching Funds application for completeness and correctness before e-mailing a ballot to the Matching Funds Committee. In addition to this program, Ethel, who has been with the Foundation since 1988, works on Student of Today, Teacher of Today, Teacher of the Year, OETA and Senior Essay Contest. In her spare time she loves to cook and spend time with her grandchildren, Rylea, Carson, Cobi and Cayne.
Tommy Johnston
Tommy Johnston has been Field Representative since the closing of the Oklahoma Masonic Home in August of 2000. He transferred from the Home where he served as Administrator from 1995 through the closing. His primary duties are the continued monitoring of the former residents who were placed in other facilities across the State when the Home closed. He also oversees the “Promises Matter” program of the Foundation. He coordinates the Youth Scholarship Program and does the in-house accounting for the Foundation. Tommy first worked at the Masonic Home Print Shop in 1969 before moving to the Grand Lodge Office in 1971. He became Office Manager of the Oklahoma Masonic Home in 1979. Tommy is very active in various Guthrie Masonic organizations as well as the First Christian Church in Guthrie. He and his wife, Sharon, live in Edmond and are enjoying being grandparents to eight grandchildren, Jakeb, Mikayla, David, Katelyn, Alex, Taylor, Abigail and Zachary.
Janet Lowrey
Janet Lowrey came to the Masonic Charity Foundation in April 2010. She has an excellent background of more than 20 years in the Oil & Gas industry. She lives in Edmond. Janet has one son, Jason and his wife Jessica, and is a grandparent to one grandson, Dylan.

Jim Tresner
The Masonic Charity Foundation produces an Annual Report along with brochures and informational pieces fro Lodges and others, explaining the workings of the Foundation’s programs or its general support of educational and charitable goals. Jim Tresner is the Foundation’s wordsmith. He is a member of the Blue Friars (the international association of Masonic authors), editor of the Oklahoma Mason, Book review Editor for the Scottish Rite Journal, and Editor-in-Chief of “Plumbline”, the newsletter of the Scottish Rite Research Society.
